In a step towards a greener future, the Upper Merion Township Board of Supervisors has recently passed a “Single-Use Product Regulations” ordinance. The “Single-Use Product Regulations” ordinance aims to regulate the distribution and usage of single-use carry-out bags, plastic straws, plastic utensils, and expanded polystyrene food service products.
